Ruby’s Bakery is a must visit spot! When I arrived, the line was out the door. The service was fantastic, and the coffee and sweet bread were delicious! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow - what a surprise find! We ended up ordering 10 items, from pineapple empanadas to guascinitos to flan to sugar tostadas to pecan bread! The items had excellent texture and moistness, and just the right amount of sweetness. The croissant was so flaky and lightly buttered. Sadly we just missed out on guava pastries. The prices were very reasonable and the owner was super polite and nice. We’ll stop there again if we’re in the area!

After many visits, I am confident about my five stars. Suggestions that we enjoyed include the corn bread, the pineapple and purple yam empanada, the tamales, and most recently, the cream filled donut. 👍 delicious!

Probably the best bakery around Somerset. The croissant are so delicious. Staff is very friendly and efficient

It is the only dedicated bakery in the area. Having said that, Ruby’s has delightfully delicious 😋 fare. I have been hooked on to the concha’s and other sweet treats here for about 2 weeks now. Treats are not overly sweet or feel unhealthy. Looking forward to my review updates over a longer period.

The sugar tostada and mini conchas are my fav!! There are different things every day, the ingredients are written out, and everyone is so sweet. I love it!😊
