Yall gotta start cooking the western fries!!! They’re not very good raw. You’re not going anywhere any dam way most the time, let them cook
Been a long time coming, tried and gave the place a few tries all with the same results. online orders, times given are NEVER right. Always a "we just had a rush" always the same scripted answer and not one person gives a S&/+. Cashier told the I assume manager and he didn't deal with it and tonight after an order was 20 minutes late when ordered 2 hours earlier.....and I quote " look you got your chicken so what's the problem" perfect example of why some people deserve minimum wage and others don't. If one of my workers spoke to a customer like that your fired on the spot.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I stopped there to fill my gas tank, spent $49.10 checked my bank and they charged $125 on top of the tank of gas. I called my bank to figure it out and my bank said it could possibly be a hold and to contact the gas station to see if they can remove it. I tried calling and I was met with an absolute child on the phone 😂 Ryan from the Downingtown location was the "manager" (don't really know if you could call him that considering he couldn't answer any of my questions) and actually started laughing at me on the phone when I was explaining my frustration about a $125 hold for a tank of gas. Instead of being a mature adult and somewhat sympathizing with the customer he just sat there laughing which is insane to me. I didn't ask for anything except for him to understand what I was saying and why they put that much of a hold on my account for a tank of gas (when I have plenty of money in my account). It would be one thing if he was nice about it but the laughing is what was unacceptable. They charged a total of $175 to my account for a tank of gas and refused to do anything about it, he basically laughed and said you'll just have to wait and see if it goes through. Easy for him to say because it's not his money. Shame on this place. I will literally go out of my way to never go to this waste of space establishment again.

PLEASE allow us to lower the salt content of the chicken. Popeyes is already too salty and it tastes like this chicken has twice the amount. The sides aren't even too salty and neither is the pot pie, it's just the fried chicken batter.
Closer to the route 30 junction and 322 and easy to get in and out for gas and some quick food options. I have visited this place multiple times to get some chicken or a cold drink or get sides like Mac and cheese or fries. They do have a Krispy Kreme donut area. Like their morning sandwiches and egg sandwich and hash browns. The chicken is okay, not great , if made fresh, it's good , or very average. Saw spicy fries and thought I would try it but very average and oily stuff. Also got Mac and cheese, which was perfect !!

We love the fresh grind coffee at Royal Farms. However, special order breakfast sandwiches would be more enjoyable if they were HOT!!

Anytime you walk into these stores the fried chicken smell leeches onto your clothes. It's awful. This store in particular is very bad! They need better ventilation.

I am in that store 3 days a week around 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. That is my pit stop for gas and restroom. I think it's too congested from getting in the front door to getting to the restroom. Too much stuff in the way. Bathrooms are usually okay, however they have not been lately. Please keep up.
Royal Farms is definitely a second tier quality convenience store (Wawa and Sheetz are examples of first tier stores. Royal Farms is disappointing. They all start out as nice shiny stores with really good fried chicken. When new, they would earn a 4-star review. But after a few years, they slip to about a 2-star level. Only the chicken keeps them from being a 1-star. I've watched the store in Ridley Park, PA near I-95 go through this spiral downward. Invariably, one or more bathroom fixtures is not working and a gas pump or two is out of service. The brown floor color looks dirty even when it might be clean. The personnel in the store don't seem to have the training that the first-tier stores provide. If it weren't for the chicken or for gas for the car, I would give up on Royal Farms altogether.
