I'm not a big fan of Mexican, but I could do a weekly stop at Rosa's. Yes, it's a chain restaurant. But they've got their process down pat. Food is always good. The place is always clean. While the customer service was good at the ordering counter, it went downhill from there. My food was cold. Cheese not melted in the enchilada, cold queso on the other enchilada and other food was just luke warm. When I took it back, they replaced it with food that was just a hair warmer. Staff did not apologize for the cold food and just made another plate without letting me know it was up. Very poor customer service and not a lot of value for the money. I would skip this location. Terrible consistency of food. Ordered one bean and cheese burrito two months ago and it was wonderful. No issues. Exactly what I expected. Then I ordered three bean and cheese burritos 4 hours ago and they came out looking like chimichangas, a decent size for the price and actually resemble a burrito. I would have rated 1 star if it wasn't for this. I ordered three more bean and cheese burritos for my wife for lunch and this is the garbage service I get. The thickness of the tortilla is bigger than. The amount of beans and cheese inside. How do you have such a lack of consistency in your food quality. Honestly other places tacos are far larger than these recent burritos I have received. I'm disappointed in this restaurant today. Portions have gotten ridiculous! At this particular location, they don't smile, don't greet and give the facial expression that your ruining there day because you showed up. Apparently their manager Alex don't enforce customer urgency and don't care. This place use to be a great experience. You got your money's worth and employees were friendly. It's unfortunate but it is what it is and I hope they make improvements. Not kid friendly. Everything has pepper in it. My niece's couldn't eat due to the burn in the rice. I have gone to this location twice in 2 days and both times were not good experiences. The first day I went to get breakfast which I went through the drive thru to get. By the time I got to eat my food about 10 minutes later my potatoes looked as if they had sat all day and my tortillas were cold. Then the very next day I took my daughters out to lunch and we dined in and the cashier who took our order took it upon herself to add an item on to our order which we didn't see until we got our food and we had to figure out by looking at the receipt to see she charged us for something we didn't ask for. I went to get it fixed and yes they did refund the money but not before being asked if we didn't like the food which first off I had not had before but it wasn't that it was just the fact that we didn't order the item but she put it on there and after this i was told we had to return the item which we did. Not the first time I had been charged for something I didn't order. My family does enjoy coming here and the food is normally great but the last 2 days they just weren't up to par on food and service in my opinion. The photo I have provided are the potatoes that came with my breakfast I ordered. This Rosa's location has become the BEST one I've ever been to. The food is always hot and very good, the entire place is very clean including the hot sauce bar, and the employees are very courteous and friendly! The Manager, Angel, who works harder than anyone I've seen, always greets me and my Fiance every time. We normally do take out but tonight my son and I went in and ate dinner. The food was very good, I had the Taco Salad and he had 2 chicken tacos. Then we had the sopapilla. It was different from most I've ever had, the dough was super thin. Very good!!! But I think I like them to be a little more doughy. But still a 5 star experience.

Fajita were good. The salsa bar was a little blah - like 3 red sauces with different names but all taste exactly the same. The food is made very fast and served hot. The enchiladas were pretty decent especially considering this is fast food. Overall I'd say I had a positive experience. Similar to taco cabana just different - maybe a tiny bit better? But overall very good! 👍
