The Rooted Reef is an amazing place. I go there often and it’s become a 2nd home. Sundays with Tony are my favorite. He’s always attentive, friendly, and remembers my drink order. So I was at a meeting next door and wanted to try out the Rooted Reef kava bar but unfortunately I walked in and was never greeted, never asked if I needed help or even acknowledged!!! And yes he knew I walked in!! I found that very rude!!! I’m in the industry so I’m very understanding to situations but even if they were busy just acknowledge me and say “hey be right with you” that would have bin fine with me! I don’t know I never do this but that just really bothered me!!! Customer service is a huge part of the industry!!! Work on it!!!! I’m sorry I didn’t get to try anything Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
