By far the best place to get a shake + tea. The owner, Jess goes above and beyond to not only make sure your drinks are served right, but genuinely cares about getting to know each and every customer. My favorite shake is the waffle cone, and tea is just about any and everything!! All these reviews are 100% accurate. I love this shop! So many delicious options to choose from, shakes and teas, and the owner, Jess, is so genuinely kind and happy to see her customers. I have social anxiety and never feel uncomfortable stopping in and conversing with her. She always provides 5 star service and is prompt making your order. I stop by Root Down at least once per week! They offer a variety of options including protein packed smoothies, energizing teas, protein bars/squares, and even protein coffee. I love stopping by as the owner, Jes, is incredibly positive and will make your day brighter! Highly recommend whether you're looking for a snack or a meal replacement.
