We had a great experience here, our server was a young man named Carlos, he was very attentive, professional and accommodating, we were impressed by his behavior. Roman village is always good. Their bread is fantastic, soup is always fresh, salad and dressing is very filling. The entrées themselves were also very good. However, disappointed with our lack of attentiveness from our server, which is why I did take away one star. we only saw the server when he came over initially to take our order; we felt rushed as our guest just sat down, ordered a drink, and we were catching up quickly trying to look at the menu. Since I felt in a rush, I ordered chicken Parmesan even though I really wanted to try something different from the menu. We were a party of 6 and my son treated my husband and I for our birthday since our birthdays are close together. When we arrived we would have been seated but were told we'd be seated when our party arrived. Their was no wait. Jessica was our waitress. She was excellent. Our food was delicious . Of course we took food home. I mentioned to Jessica it was my husband's birthday and she brought cannolis for everyone. My husband was surprised. They were delicious. Just enough for everyone. Didn't have to ask for containers or bags. She was on top of everything.
