Had the wonderful privilege of trying Rock Quarry BBQ when they came to serve us at our complex! Brisket tacos with their sauce and pico de gallo were phenomenal, and we loved the jalapeños mac. I happen to stop by the truck at the flea market, all I can say is DON'T HESITATE & FOLLOW THE SMOKE (their motto). Amazing bbq lived in San Antonio last year and my bf worked at the apartments across the street, we’d get bbq sometimes and omg it’s so mouthwatering everything is cooked and seasoned to perfection.
