Not sure if a unique situation... but came to visit in Blacksburg... went here for first time to have dinner . There were maybe 8 people at the bar and of course the bar tender was there. The rest of the place was completely empty. My husband and I sat at a booth. We sat there over 5 minutes. Completely ignored. The bartender was chatting with the patrons at the bar. We were not greeted, ever acknowledged, asked if we wanted to place an order etc. We waited a few more minutes and just left. What the heck?

The people here do not want to do any work or make any money for the restaurant. Probably the worst experience I’ve had going out in 5 years. On top of ignoring us, the mid 30s looking overweight female bartender was straight up rude to us when we asked for help. rivermill tots is the best thing to have at this place. the tots are great and i will live by that. i only come back for their tater tots. rivermill tots are the only things you need here. i will eat this over and over and over again. i cannot stress that enough. rivermill tots. Food: 5 Service: 5
