Good fish dish. Fresh not frozen. Desert "Jabolko in skuta" was very tasty, just yummy🙂 The view from the resaurant is also nice. View of the river and pond.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Ljubljana from Bled. It seemed to be a place where you can do some pond fishing or just hanging out by the ponds. We came for the restaurant around sunset and the weather was just perfect to sit outside.
We saw scorpion fish on the menu that we were really curious to try but they unfortunately did not have it that day. Instead, we had fried squids, grilled salmon, grilled mussels, and a side of potato salad. The grilled items were generous in the garlic sauce, so the lemony vinegar in the potato salad actually made it very refreshing to eat. Everything was very tasty, cooked to perfection.

Fantastic place in a gorgeous location where you can watch family fishing!
Menu was great - we had the fried squid and the trout - everything was so cheap/reasonable priced and the staff were very kind and efficient.
Could not recommend more! A really lovely atmosphere!

Nice small place for fish. Side dish is optional (which is great cos let's say you don't wanna eat you can skip it). Sauce price I feel shouldn't be charged until that expensive. Perhaps give a choice when ordering side dish.

Outstanding! Worth every minute of the drive out of the way from Bled! Everything was cooked to perfection, large portions and great prices. May have to stop here again before we leave Slovenia!
More than suggestive place, close to the highroad Naklo exit. Tasty food with reasonable prices. If you have time you can try yourself also in the fishing trouts.
Fish is fresh. Salad for 5,50 €...maybe I shouldn't expect much. Ok...I had a piece of tomato before taking this photo. My husband had an upset stomach...maybe from the garlic sauce served with trout 🤷♀️

Good things come in small packages!
Just about 45min south of Klagenfurt lies this nice little restaurant. It's simply and functionally decorated. The service was great in German, English or Slovenian. Our food was delivered quickly and correctly. There's some great desserts too!!! Worth the drive and the effort!
