Absolutely the most authentic flavorful experience we had while in Puerto Rico. They just don’t cook like this in San Juan, also great view and family!

Stop here for the little green banana fried burritos. They are filled with potatoes and pork I think. Get a half a dozen if you are hungry, and liberally apply Mi Madre sauce if you like spicy food. Five stars is not enough.
