this is one of my top resturant picks. Owner Chris is a fantastic chef. Excellent wine selection. small intimate boutique place. it gets booked up. if it’s full check the seats at bar, that actually my fav place to sit and watch the action in the kitchen. Looking at the menu, I honestly didn't expect to find anything that would appeal to my usual tastes. However, to my delightful surprise, each dish turned out to be a revelation, and even the short ribs, which I expected to like, surpassed all expectations. The cheese burrata, pork schnitzel, yellowtail sashimi, and Spinach Ohitashi Salad were unlike anything I'd typically choose, and yet, they completely won me over with their incredible flavors. The short ribs, with carrot puree and tamari bbq, were not just enjoyable but truly exceptional. The roasted potatoes, a seemingly simple side, added a comforting touch. Intimate dining room environment with a friendly hostess and serving team. Great options on the menu here, including a solid wine list. The Charred Octopus was fantastic. The Burrata salad was a hit. The Short Rib and Ribeye were excellent entrees, well prepared, the short rib was perfectly prepared with a crispy exterior and the carrot puree was outstanding. Great place for a quiet dinner.
