This is my favorite Redstone location. The staff are so friendly and professional! I will drive past the one in Eden Prairie to come here. The food is great and I have always had a good experience here. I had the beginnings of a migraine. My vision was impacted and I was overstimulated by the environment at the mall. I looked for a calm, dark place to retreat this afternoon. I explained that I was in pain and my vision wasn’t working well. The ladies on staff quickly and conscientiously found a quiet booth and gave me some time to recover. Had dinner and it was really good. Chilean sea bass was cooked perfect. Beet and cheese appetizer was good and corn bread was very good. Service was prompt. Price was reasonable as well. I would consider this a hidden gem among the Ridgedale Mall restaurants. I always have the pleasure of dining in at Redstone,a classic gem by Ridgedale Mall. The Nashville fried chicken sandwich stole the show with its perfectly crispy exterior and a delightful kick from the Nashville hot oil. The clever balance of flavors, enhanced by the addition of pickles, made it my absolute favorite. Surprisingly, even the calamari exceeded my expectations. Unlike most places, Redstone's calamari was tender, not overly battered, and truly a treat for the taste buds. After a full day of shopping, this place is a go-to. The management consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. French onion soup my girlfriend had was great. I don't even like soup,it's for people with no teeth but I'd eat that soup. I had Caesar salad, it was well seasoned and lite. I enjoyed it. I also like their booths very nice. Waitresses where also super nice. Just the prices where a bit high. That's my only complaint otherwise good. Brother and I enjoyed the Thanksgiving brunch here! The food was great and the staff (especially Chi Chi) helped me get around! Sometimes my wheelchair makes it difficult for me, but everyone at Redstone made sure I had everything I wanted! My vote will be that we visit you next year!!! Thanks for being great!!! I had not been to Redstone in a few years. The food was very good, the atmosphere was great, the service was exceptional 👍🏾 I had the beef short ribs with garlic mash potatoes and seasonal veggies (asparagus, green beans, carrots) and the buffalo shrimp with blue cheese dressing (shared with the table). The beef was super tender and everything was well flavored. The blue cheese dressing had chucks of blue cheese ( very good). The waiter was exceptional! He was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I highly recommend this Redstone.
