Having seen Hartford Armory, it's time to have a rest at this bar. Enjoy perfectly cooked philly cheesesteaks, taco salads and chicken wings at Red Rock Tavern when you happen to be near it. Taste good waffles. After a long working day, you can try delicious Mimosas. This place has the great coffee selection. You can listen to live music in the evening. Many guests find the staff gracious. If you want to experience fast service, you should go to this spot. A lot of visitors note that the dishes are offered for reasonable prices. The food was pretty good. We ordered the appetizer sampler and a special — flank steak caesar salad. The sampler was very good! The caesar was okay; we found it an odd choice to put it in a taco shell bowl and still include croutons. It came with a big portion of steak, but it was a bit overdone. We went on a Friday night and since it seems to turn into a dancing/night out spot, the tables were removed around us as we were still waiting for our food. I was just visiting Connecticut and this was a place a lot of locals seem to visit! The bartender was nice, the drinks were nice and not watered down, the finger food selection were ok as well... its a place where you go with your friends/family after a long day and have some good drinks!
