Absolutely loved my first experience here at Red Robin. The burgers were full of flavor, really juicy. My wife and I enjoyed it here along with a friend. Shout out to our host Rachel absolutely great service and great sense of humor. We like the food here, but honestly the service just isn’t good enough. We’ve had a frustrating experience during the last 2 visits. The food comes fairly quickly but you’re pretty much forgotten about after that, barring the standard initial “how is everything?” visit. We asked for extra mayo and another order of fries, and twice had to remind our server that we were waiting for them. We’d finished our meal by the time they actually arrived and had to ask for them in a to-go box, which again was far too long in arriving. We weren’t offered drink refills at any point. I’d excuse this if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t even close to busy. Reading other reviews here highlights that the service is clearly lacking. Wow, great service and great food. Just one request, please do not over cook the sweet potato fries! They are not supposed to have black color from over frying, even the redo had black color; the third time was the charm the sweet potatoes were perfect. Other than that, everything was delicious. I went in for a birthday celebration a couple of weekends ago with a group of friends and was left extremely satisfied ! I had Freddy as my server and was impressed with his service, very attentive, very friendly/charming, and the food was great. I'm definitely coming by again, and the draft was excellent! Justin, our server was great. The bad service was from lack of the kitchen staff paying attention to my order. I don't eat pork and ordered the Avo-Cobb-o salad no bacon. And it looked like they added extra bacon. It was sent back and took another 20 minutes to make a new one. The manager never came to apologize. The manager never offered to discount or remove it from the bill after having to wait an hour total for the correct order. Justin is the only reason they received 3 stars instead of 1 star. Food was delicious and the cheese dip was so yummy. The place was clean and with good lighting, the only thing was that our waitress had us in a hurry, she brought the check in the middle of our meal. We couldn't even enjoy a second glass of soda. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I always though Red Robin was just a a fast food Burger place, but actually it's More of a casual American restaurant. While they specialize in burgers, they have other entrees like fish and chips, and chicken salad. Nothing super fancy. All food was good. Service was friendly and attentive. I loved that they served Blue Moon Beer (22oz and 16oz) on tap. Th he background music was not too loud and was pleasant. I would definitely return.

Velmex Zorro (VIZ)

Great burgers. This is the place to go if you are a burger fanatic. The prices typically range from $10 to $15. The service can be a bit wonky at times but overall it is fine. Edit: Upon further reflection, I do honestly want their service to improve. Just realized I am not the only one who noticed the wonky service. Be aware. I readjusted my review to a three star instead.

The burgers are great! I had the classic Red Robin burger and added avocado. But the winner was the Red Robin Campfire Sauce for the delicious potato fries. We had dessert, which was surprisingly huge and great to share! (09/20/21) I tried the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and added avocado.
