Burgers were awesome👍🏽 I waited at least 10 minutes or more for a refill and another of us waited that long or more for getting another round of the bottomless side. My friends were talking about this place recently and brought it up in a conversation while we were in the car, it’s a good place and the staff were friendly being a huge plus. The staff helped me and assisted me quickly and helped me and assisted me with good things to order as well as giving me a fair amount of time to make up my mind. The food are good and a good menu with good options, and a recognized brand (no hate on smaller company’s) but good overall. I went with two others for an early lunch and we were welcomed from the start! I have a service animal, My friend has autism, and we both have Celiac's disease, so trying to find somewhere that can accommodate allergens and provide a sensory-friendly environment is SO difficult- But that's exactly what we found! There's no obnoxiously loud music or noise from the kitchen- it was quiet and peaceful! Everything was clean and inviting. Our server was so kind, quick, and informative. The best part was the thorough online allergen menu so that we could order with all the right gluten-free precautions - and then our food was prepared perfectly! Tasty gluten-free alternatives are hard to find, but the bun here almost made me cry it was So good and FRESH! I've been overcharged for so many stale buns in the past, that it was a refreshing change to be served high-quality food that was really obviously prepared with care. I'm just amazed by how perfectly everything went, from the atmosphere & service to the meal quality, our entire experience went well, and we will definitely be back often! It does feel a little pricey, like 15 bucks for a meal on average, but with bottomless sides and how generous they are refilling beverages, it's actually a pretty good deal! It seems every time we visit this location we wonder why we haven't come back sooner. The food is delicious and beyond filling. The price is quite reasonable for what you get. Most importantly, they have perhaps the nicest staff of any casual dining restaurant in Norman. No arrogance, no rushed feelings, only people who greet you with a smile and go above and beyond on customer service Today we visited for my son's birthday and it was absolutely perfect. I'll include pictures, but must apologize that we ate things so quickly we completely forgot to take "1st look" photos. They made his day special which made Dad a happy camper.
