My wife and I recently visited Red Robin for lunch. The food was decent, nothing particularly remarkable. However, what disappointed me was the service related to my beer order. After requesting a beer, it took an unexpectedly long time to arrive. I even had to ask for it a second time. The waitress explained that she was waiting for the bartender to open the bar. Strangely, I had a direct view of the bar and noticed the bartender making two drinks. It left me wondering, how long does it take to pour a beer? The delay in receiving a simple drink was frustrating and detracted from the overall dining experience. We enjoyed our dinner at this location and the waiter was amazing. I had a Chicken Burger with Bottomless Salad. Stephen had Spicy Chicken bites. The only hiccup was the chips were soggy and not edible since they were placed under the chicken, but chicken was plentiful and spicy. We shared a mixed drink and Onion Ring Tower. Another great meal at a family favorite. It's rare these days to take a family of 5 for dinner, have good food, good service, beverages, AND bottomless fries without breaking the bank. Can't beat the service, selection, or price. I mean, you can get an entire meal served to you for the price of a fast food meal. Why wouldn't you go here? Delicious American gourmet burger food, fries, salads, etc. Bottomless side (fries, coleslaw, salad etc) on a meal! Attentive and great service 👍 beer is delicious too. Locations has lots of parking and the restaurant is clean. It has nice bar area, booths, family dining. Food is quick. The menu has so much to choose from. Price is reasonable for the amount of food. Service was super slow. The first time we came service was quick and waiters were attentive. This time around from start to finish service was slow. Our waiter was too busy flirting to attend the us took her a good ten minutes talking with someone at his booth before attending us. She Was at the table next to ours and didn’t even acknowledge us. She would go fast to attend him and wouldn’t even check in with us. I like Res Robin, and dining inside the restaurant is probably best. The food will be hot and taste better. I tried ordering to go and did not have a good experience. First of all of takes a while for them to pick up the phone. Once the server took my order I'm told it would take about 30 minutes, and it ended up close to 50 minutes. Plus the pickup parking was all filled with cars belonging to those that dine in. And people smoke everywhere in front of the restaurant. The food came out cold. So, I'll try to dine in next time.
