First time dining in at Red Robin and my experience could not be better! Rameen was a fantastic and attentive server and made sure we had everything we needed! I ordered through Uber eats a simple Caesar salad and a bowl of chili. The salad was wilting and had brown and yellow spots and they gave me the house dressing and not the Caesar dressing. Then I open my bowl of chili just to find it’s a bowl of ground beef and beans and it looks like vomit. Don’t eat here save your money and the possibility of being served days old food. I was very disappointed with my experience. I took my daughter out for dinner with family. I let the host and our server know that it was her birthday. They acknowledged that it was her birthday. We paid our bill and waited to have them sing to her and no one showed up. No one acknowledged her. She was disappointed. This would have been the first time she would experience it. I patronized this location 12/23... almost 2 hours before closing. I had an awful experience. 1. The section we were seated in was about to close. Our server was the one cleaning this section. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant...what was so difficult about being sat in a different section? 2. The fries looked and tasted as if they had been sitting under a warmer that wasn't keeping the food warm. How do I know? There was no crunch to any of the fries, and I ordered one refill and low and behold those looked and tasted the same. I understand having fries under a warmer during a dinner rush. But there was no rush the dinner sales for the last two hours will probably confirm this. 3. I asked for an over well egg on my burger. I thought my burger was just juicy until I realized that was just egg yolk. Aren't there disclaimers on your menus about eating raw or undercooked food? I think this might be something someone wants to go over with the staff. I could be wrong, but I believe "mistakes" like that could open you up for litigation. 4. For the restaurant to close at 11 p.m. the staff sure was in a rush to leave. That was just a terrible experience, and im glad I didn't get sick. I would've been better off going to a fast food restaurant; unfortunately, I expect that from those types of establishments. I don't expect that from restaurants charging $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink plus a tip ( I shouldn't have bit I tipped more than 20%). Went in on my birthday. Have the app and the burger was free!! Ordered the blue ribbon burger, and it was so delicious!!! I love coming to Red Robin, I've never been disappointed with their selection of burgers, and I love that they'll swap out for chicken anytime upon request. First table where we were seated was not cleaned. The server at our table made the group rush to order from the menu. The tea and lemonade mixed was horrible. The spike peach freckled lemonade drink was weak and poorly presentation. The Boneless chicken bites were dry and over cooked. The turkey burger had no taste and needed some seasonings. The buns for sandwiches could have been of better quality. After spending $80 and tipping 15% in cash, I can say, "The Best things on our order were the pretzel bites and the garlic fries!
