Oh my, red ribbon bake shop. There isn't any Philippino food near our home so when we are close to this place in Houston we stock up on stuff that helps us grow! See the video cuz Jollibee, red ribbon, maxs all right here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Not sure why this bakery is not rated higher; I loved every single item I've tried here. The rocky road cake slice was excellent with just enough marshmello and chocolate chips. The ube mamon cake was tasty. The caramel brownie bar was divine after heated. It was my first time here and I will surely return to try other menu items. The prices are mid range. I wish there was a bigger selection of individual cake slices. The place is small and customer service was acceptable. I try not to let other reviews bias my own but yes employees seem cold and distant and prefer to keep talking to a minimum. I am also like that but customer service should not. I knew what I wanted before I walked in and got it. Anyway, everybody should skip the pastries and bread products and pick up a Sans Rival cake. It is the best cake I've ever had and I typically dislike them.

Pathetically slow service. Stood at register and waited… rang bell… still nobody. Maybe 3-5 minutes after I rang the bell, a head pops out from back… “Give me a few minutes”… 5 minutes later, I gave up. Put my items back and left. At the prices charged, I shouldn’t need to wait 10+ minutes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
