Best pizza in town and amazing prices! The staff and owners are extremely kind and provide excellent service in a timely fashion. I eat here 3 times a week at times and they also have amazing cheeseburgers and fries! If anyone remembers Shorty's Pizza from years ago, they always cooked their pizzas with the salami a little crispy on top. I've grown to love that style and have been ordering my pizzas that way for 50 years without any issues. However, I recently encountered a problem with getting my pizza cooked this way at Red Hut Pizza. The absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life and not from the employee but from the owner! He refused to cook the pizza with the salami on top. While ordering it the attendant asked the cook, and then came back and informed me that it couldn't be cooked that way. I told him that I’d take the salami on the side then. I paid for the pizza and after waiting almost 30 minutes my pizza was finally done. When I was handed the boxed pizza I asked for the salami and was told by the attendant he couldn't give me raw uncooked salami. I spoke to the cook, who was also the owner and he confirmed and refused to give me the “raw” salami. I informed him that you could eat salami right from the bag. He was rude and didn’t care about accommodating me at all. I told him he could keep his pizza after all my request was not unreasonable! I will never patronize his small little pizza place ever again! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
