We were customers for years but no longer. Twice now ordered take out and was given a time of 1 hour for pickup only to show up and wait another hour. No apologies, no money taken off the bill, nothing comped. His excuse was “ the kitchen was busy” meanwhile others came in after us and left before. Going to Cinnamon in Rhinebeck- better food, better service and better atmosphere. Also it’s long been known he takes the tips from the servers and keeps them. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat in Red Hook. The food is out of this world delicious, my personal top recommendations are the Shag Ponir for vegetarians and the Chicken Madras (if you're up for a spice challenge go for the Chicken Vindaloo). The owner works front of house and is very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. I also recommend this restaurant to those who eat gluten free or have celiac disease, they are very accommodating and much appreciated by a member of my dining party. Sheesh Kabab is terrible , they served old kabab probably 2-3 days old, when we mentioned he didn’t even say sorry just took the kabab, no offers nothing and samosa filling also was old and service was really bad Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
