I came here with a party of 6. Ordered 3 appetizers and meals for 3 adults and 3 kids. Appetizers came out quickly and was decent although the fried pickles were battered heavily. Twenty minutes later they bring out my food. No mention of the rest of my party not even the kids meals. The kids meals arrived thirty five minutes after mine. My wife and mom are still without their food. Our server is avoiding us like the plague. My wife finally gets her food about an hour after I got mine. No explanation, no apologies. I had a free entree on my rewards account so I made sure I used that on this visit because I will never be back. Something has definitely changed about this place. The seafood platter is much smaller than it used to be and definitely lower in quality. My wife ordered the steak and shrimp and our server didn't even bother to ask her how she wanted it cooked. This experience practically ruined our family outing and I will make sure I let everyone I know about it to save them from wasting $$$s on mediocre food and service. Had the fried alligator today, highly recommended. Everything was wonderful, from the food to the service. The prices are a bit steep, but if you want some nice Cajun/southern comfort food, this is a great place to visit from time to time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love this location! The food is always hot and fresh. Never a long wait. The service is fast and friendly! Tia is a fantastic manager and provided great service as well! I had the Hurricane Salmon (grilled salmon with Cajun green beans and mashed potatoes). The salmon was a good portion size and cooked perfectly. There's a glaze on the salmon which give it a sweet, tangy taste (very good). I also had some alligator bites as an appetizer (VERY good!). One of my favorite, fun, places to dine With Friends. Not as fancy or high priced as Pappadeaux's, and a couple notches below. Menu is great, best Rat Toes anywhere. Food was the best. Kyle our server was nice. The Shift manager was very engaging when checking on us to see if we were satisfied. Not sure of her name but we enjoyed her conversation. 11/20/23 @ 7pm. Me, my son, sister & nephew all went out for lunch & everything was great BUT I don’t know what they had going on w/the green beans but they were NOT the best that day 🤢. Hannah was great, she was professional, prompt & precise with all request. I hardly done out anymore, but I met a friend at Razoo's Cajun Restaurant. We were promptly seated by the hostess and promptly greeted by our server. I could tell she was a little overwhelmed when she asked us for drinks, but we both agreed to just get water now and then order drinks when she was ready for us. We ordered drinks and they came out quick. We then asked to give us five minutes for look over the menu. When she came back, she presented a 2 For $20 Dinner special. She mentioned it was an app and an entree. So, my friend ordered that. She then asked what was the second entree. We thought it was just one entree? She then tried to explain it again. She confused us even more. Finally, my friend ordered two entrees and an appetizer. I was confused, so I ordered an appetizer and an entree. When our meal came out, I had two entrees and my friend had two entrees and an appetizer. She put in the wrong items for me, so I decided to not make her take it back and throw the food away since it was already cooked. We had WAY MORE FOOD than we needed. My friend got charged the $20 for two entrees and an appetizer. I got charged $34 for two entrees. All in all, the food was good. The service was not good. I paid WAY more than I should have paid.
