I was in the other night. I had the most awful experience with this older woman who claimed to be the “owner”. She was so rude, condescending, and clearly doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. Hire a professional expo! She’s very awful to any delivery service drivers. (She’s awful to anyone that has the smallest complaint). If you read more reviews for this place, you’ll see all of the low reviews are talking about this older woman. This business will never make it with some like her working there. All I can say is wow, I mean Ray this food just went absolutely hard. The horsey sauce? Majestic. The wrap? I can’t explain it any better than super natural. I feel like my tastebuds have transcended to a higher standard. I have been levitating for the last 3 hours. Ray. Don’t even get me started on the tater tots, I would sell the birth rights of my first born son to an Englishmen named Reginald to experience this for the first time again. The server was great, very attentive and on point with orders as well as checks. I had ordered the lobster mac and cheese. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no Lobster in said Mac and cheese, it was simply imitation crab meat. The taste of the mac and cheese itself was good, a nice texture and flavor, but was disappointed once I got to the imitation crab meat. Visited this place for the first time and was blown away. The food was spectacular. Try the pepperoni flat bread! The flavor of the mushroom Swiss burger was amazing especially since it’s cooked to order. What really took the experience to a new level was our server Clarissa. Unfortunately the staff here has no patience for any kind of negative experience someone could have at THEIR establishment. The waitress always smirks at order changes/exchanges due to chef errors, and the owner has no sense of hospitality and service considering she demanded we never come back and that our service is NOT welcomed for simply asking to take off something that wasn’t eaten due to bad quality food that day. Any one who’s gone to a fair and successful restaurant can tell you this is NOT how you treat a customer, let alone a very consistent customer, they need to invest in better management and people skills most importantly. Everything is awesome. Bartenders are great. The owner always comes to check on Everything. I just can't say enough great things about this place. The food is amazing.
