So went on a date night to ranchero’s in Hampton Ga. At 1st everything was cool and good we ordered our food it came out and service was going good! I went to eat some beans and rice and I looked down AND OMG IT WAS A FREAKING 🪳 ROACH IN MY FOOD. MY stomach dropped and I couldn’t even think about eating but why the waitress gonna try to tell me that it was a chili no mama it’s not it a freaking roach! She was looking like that’s not one. I know it was and I have a picture of it too…. Then she has the NERVE to say we can’t take it off your bill. I smiled and said to myself yes it will be. They wanted to recook it and they did but I didn’t trust it I know they only took the roach off my food and brought it back to me… No THANK YOU !!!! I will never eat from RANCHERO’s again.
