Saw Mexican employee at self check out stealing cash from a purse.... prices on items usually scan higher than marked. Definitely a keep your eye on the dollar hand on the scale kind of place. Employees are rude, lazy, unhelpful overall. Purposely scamming people like this with fake sales is major fraud
We stopped by on the way to Malibu for a beach day, we bought everything we needed for the day at normal retail prices, no markups because of location. Sushi, flowers, whine, fresh fruit, and water more are what we picked up here for great prices. Stop by here before the beach and SAVE!
Terrance seen me walk in with my baby and went out his way to bring me a cart while I was in the store. This is the best customer assistants I have ever experienced. Thanks for making me feel like family Terrance.

Having spent the previous day shopping at Whole Foods for the first time, Ralph's Fresh Fare was probably more my style. California prices are still what they are, but Ralph's has lots of choices and with the app or the card, you can save a little money too. We ended up needing some help with a few things in the store, and each of the people we spoke with were warm and wonderful. Two thumbs up!
Bought 2 lbs of cooked pork ribs - that is, ready to eat. Towards the end of the 2nd pound, my body started to feel as if it has been poisoned by chemicals. Maybe Ralph's puts in too many preservatives to keep the food fresh. This experience makes it obvious why Americans choose to grow their own chickens and cattle. I will not be buying food from Ralph's anymore.

This is probably the supermarket that most Pepperdine students frequent the most. It has a wide variety of items and the quality of the food is okay, but you need to queue up when there are many people.

Ralphs is a great Supermarket that I have been going to since moving to Malibu. Prices are good and staff very friendly. I highly recommend it!
I loved shopping there during my recent vacation - very well stocked, conveniently placed, efficient check-out, friendly staff, free and plenty parking opportunities, plus it´s Malibu so what´s not to love

Service at the deli is terrible, staff is flat out rude. Here on a Wednesday midday, they weren’t busy and you would have thought we were making him do us a monumental favor to get our order. A young guy saw I was at the counter, but kept doing his cleaning at the hot food counter (not helping a customer). Finally I want over and asked him if anyone was at the deli and he said “Nope. You have to just wait for me.” He proceeded to be very rude and flippant. Unfortunate as the older man who works here is lovely. Otherwise a decent store, with reasonable selection and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Customer service seriously lacking. Needs to greatly improve. Especially in the deli area. Asked for something and lady wasn't very helpful. Left my basket of groceries and walked out. Common occurrence at this Ralph's. If could would not even give a star at all.✌️
