First… $10 for a burger & a bag of chips from H-E-B is EXTREMELY pricey, but I’m always down to give food trucks business.
Second… I understand some place leave a little pink in their burgers when cooking them but this is uncalled for. Both of my burgers were basically flashed cooked on the outside & left RAW on the inside.
DEFINITELY wish I could have my money back….

Stopped by today (Saturday) for lunch and ordered the asada and chorizo torta with charro beans and white rice along with the crispy cheese taco. The torta was very good, beans good and rice was ok. But the crispy cheese taco was amazing! The young lady at the window was very pleasant and our food only took a out 10ish minutes. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the items on their menu 😁

The pollos asados are so good!! have tried a few of them in the San Antonio and Boerne area and these are by far the best!! Even my kids ate their whole plate, and they are no easy pleasers. Also, the staff is super friendly. I definitely recommend you come and try them.

Wednesday noon time, came here for some tasty Mexican street food. Ordered Asada taco, Carnitas taco, cheese taxo. The Asada taco smelled great. After 3 bites I decided not to try any more of this taco. The meat was tough like overcooked steak. Plus each bite contained fat that could not be rendered. Couldn't chew the tough meat.
Moving on to the Carnitas taco, big chunks of pork. Nice flavor and tender meat.
Next the cheese taco, basically the same as the asada taco, tough and fat laden with fat and grisle that cannot be rendered.
Disappointed, I suggest the Carnitas and only that based on my experience. Was hoping for a good experience.
UPDATE: Okay, that sounds fair. next time I'm in the area and hungry, I stop by and check your food again! Thank you for the response regarding the quality of the food the day i ordered from you.
