Had an amazing experience at Qdoba! The food was absolutely awesome - fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. It was some of the best I've encountered. Quick, friendly, and efficient, the staff made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a great casual dining experience! The staff was so attentive and kind. I had brought my elderly father with and he sat at a table and waited. Long line and one of the staff came to check on him. So nice! Told them it was my dad's 1st time, and they made a big deal of it and came and chatted in between. I've been eating and getting Qdoba since they opened in Wisconsin and this had to my least enjoyable visit since. Ordering a taco salad was painful as heck. It took a couple of minutes to have them understand what I wanted and then they had no shells on hand so the whole line had to wait another 5 minutes to one to fry up. My taco salad was created as a burrito bowl. Upon eating (take out) to pico and the guacamole were the most tasteless that I've ever had. If I had been eating in, I would of asked for a refund... Nice location, good food, nice people. We had a coupon to use on the app but the systems are soooo not integrated. It is illogical how it works and the employees do not have it in their power to help. Qdoba needs IT help with their apps! Qdoba is great, who wouldn't want free queso and guac? Right now they are offering shrimp and or turf n surf. My best suggestion would be to do like pancheros and mix up the ingredients in the burrito. My guac is always just in one spot :( If I could only convince myself to get a bowl I could mix it myself.
