Another 8 PM take out drop in at one of 50+ eateries between the viaduct and Veterans Parkway. I chuckled to myself at the frosted glass at the beginning of the food line, “what are you hiding back there” I was thinking. I know the tortillas are not fresh at Qdoba, they’re prepackaged, maybe that’s what they’re hiding. For fresh pressed tortillas, Panchero’s is the place. I’m going to start with service. The girl that served me was completely emotionless. She was not thrilled to be there, that’s for sure. Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows… hopefully that ‘s not the norm. Steak burrito was good. Chips were a bit stale and not my favorite queso dip, just not a lot of flavor. A decent meal, not a great one. As far as burrito chains go, Panchero’s is still my favorite surpassing on their tortillas, chips, queso, and burrito on a whole. I would chose Qdoba over Chipotle, Chipotle has better queso but that’s about it. As far as chains go: #1 Pancheros #2 Qdoba #3 Chipotle Favorite burrito in Sioux Falls? I ordered from the ap and picked up at the store. The food was right on time and the staff asked me for my name to get my order for me very quickly. I love the new shrimp option and I also got additional chips and cheese. I will be getting the shrimp again in my next bowl. Everything has a great portion size and tastes amazing! The only thing I would want to change is to get more chips but that is because they have some of the best chips in town and I want to much on them all afternoon. I order Qdoba Catering for my weekly meal prepping. First time using this location and I'm closer to the other location on 41st. The chicken was burnt in several spots, the beans were not cooked all the way thru and the veggies were undercooked. I even asked to have them cooked extra since I don't like crunch peppers and onions. Overall, the food was good, but I'll be going back to 41st street location for my future orders. Food is good but we came in to have a dinner out with our 9 month old daughter since we’ve been cooped up inside. Got our food and my husband went to grab a high chair - the first one he brought back had a broken lap strap. The second one my husband went and got had the center strap broken (the one that goes between the baby’s legs so they do t slide out.) due to this we had to pack up our food from our table and take our meal home to eat instead. I've become to like this spot whenever I have the money to go! And I live fairly close by, so whenever I do come it usually a nice experience! The staff are koo and chill and listen! I've seen it packed and busy and not so busy or alot of people! Whenever they see have been busy the do heck of a good JOB staying on A game. I also work fla similar restaurant style establishment so am impressed on how well they do. So keep up hood work and thank you for the great, fast and fresh food and friendly service! Women in a blue shirt(assumed manager) ignored me when I arrived even though there was no one in front of me and nothing being done. Had to wait for rice to be made since they were out of rice. I am very disappointed with the amount of food I received today. Service was fine . I ordered a burrito and a bowl. The burrito was very very small (see pictures.) The bowl was only half full and it was all lettuce (did not get a picture.) There usually is never an issue.

Boy I got a surprise here. Usually I go when they aren't busy...lunch however is a difficult story. The line was to the door. Even with that, it was about 10 min total to get my order. They were fast , friendly and efficient even under such stress, because the line stayed that wa y and I was there well past normal.lunch hours.
