Pullman's was a surprise. The building is huge! We went for a "linner" so not busy at all. Service was great- attentive and had good suggestions. I requested seating near an outlet, and they were knowledgeable of what seats would be within reach and happily accommodated my request. The food was prepared quickly. *Lobster Bisque soup- good. *Crab Rangoon Dip- needed a hint of sweetness added, but was HUGE! Would be great for a table of 4 or more. *Steak sandwich & fries- typical. Good. Would recommend. *Italian Melt & Sweet P. Fries- Very good. Our reservation was honored ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise since we were about a half hour early. Our server was attentive and the food was delicious. I had the special which was Thai shrimp pasta, it was spicy and unique. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent burger! I ended up ordering the barbecue bourbon burger. It was cooked perfectly and very juicy. Tasted very good. The service was good! Bathrooms were very clean. Would be happy to visit again, This place is really cool. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We sat outside, it was beautiful on the patio. I got the Pullmans tenderloin that came with asparagus and mashed potatoes, the asparagus and mashed potatoes were absolutely delightful but my steak was so tough I could barley cut it with my knife. I asked for my steak medium and it was well done. But the flavor was good I'll give them that. I think we only saw our server three times once to get our drink order, once to bring our drinks, and once to bring our checks so she could have been a bit more attentive but such is life. (Another server delivered our food) Both people I dined with had raving reviews on their food and I would have too had the steak been a little less cooked. Great place on the Fox River. Great experience and atmosphere. Our server was awesome 💯 I had the New York strip steak. Perfectly cooked and served. My wife and her mother had the shrimp platter. Beautiful building in a beautiful location. Service was good- not great. Food was very good except for mine- I got the citrus salmon which is a signature dish and unfortunately the salmon was cooked to the point of being dry. I felt like I did when I was a kid and my mother would cook the Turkey until it was so dry it was like chewing on cardboard to get it down. I tried my husbands, chicken Marsala and my two daughters dishes- one got the mushroom ravioli and the other got the lobster ravioli and they were all delicious. Next time I won’t order the salmon. This building and design is unique. They have 2 bars not sure both are always open but the main one is for sure. They also have 2 dinning areas and a large outdoor Patio that is right on the river, perfect spot for spring through fall. - Food is good, not great - plenty of parking - kid friendly - Decent cocktail menu and beer selection.
