Kind of Meh. Chicken sandwich lacked flavor, too much slaw. Smash burger tasted mealy and a small party for $24. Also for the price the fry portion was small. Had high hopes but it did not live up to the hype. Great service Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We chose Prime16 because we wanted a good burger before going to a game. We had no idea what we were in for! Staff was great. Atmosphere is great. The fried pickles were amazing! My husband had the Belgian borehole burger and ate it all! I had a Gruyère and Brie grilled cheese with homemade blueberry jam, which is not something I’d typically order. Best sandwich of my life!!! We live an hour away and don’t travel that far for food, but we will be back for sure!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I thoroughly enjoyed myself at prime today! First off, our waiter (named Jay) was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had and I mean that! He was attentive, courteous, and prompt! Truly a gem. Highly impressed with the service! My girlfriend had the tortilla soup, which was also phenomenal. But really what I loved was the chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread! I forgot exactly what it was called. It wasn’t part of the regular menu but it was a special! Overall the experience was 10/10. Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was amazing Environment to eat in was amazing Seats were so comfortable I loved the food but I wish there was more seasoning. The mac and cheese was good but there was little cheese on. It perfectly coated the noodles but it was a bit dry. Chicken sandwhich was great! Probably lacking some seasoning I would say. It was like the portions were perfect, but perfect in a sense where it’s like “okay it’s really good but I probably wouldn’t order these items again.” Rachel the waitress was AMAZING she was so funny and sweet. She needs a raise fr. I would eat here again! I would probably try the beef instead since I’m more of a beef gal Presentation was amazing and everything looks beautiful. Price per person $20–30
