The lady working the front was very polite and helpful to not only my family but another gentleman who walked in, both of us being 1st time customers. We ended up getting a pizza and a cup of chicken noodle soup but the salads looked amazing! The pizza was cheesy, hot and delicious. The arcade is really awesome, so happy we found a place like this. Pizza is good but that's it. The woman at the counter was very rude. Acted so bothered by us ordering. When she told us how long till the pizza was ready we didn't hear her and asked her again "how long" she snapped back "I Said 20 MINS". Came back got our pizza, we let her know how rude she was and left. My kids liked that place but because of her, we'll never go back. Oh, by the way, there was no one else there waiting. So it wasn't like she was overwhelmed with work.

Edited to add: Their pizza is great. I especially like their calzones. But today I ordered a Turkey Bacon Cheddar wrap, and get it back to my office to find there's no bacon. There's 3 ingredients that should be on it according to what I ordered, and they left the most important ingredient off. These are made ahead of time, and so you can't see what's up till you open it. It ended up being very bland.

Great time with our kids and their salads and desserts were shockingly good. The games were in good shape and the setup of the gameroom isn’t flashy but was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Love this place The workers where nice and i told them this is the best place in Suttons bay. Played some arcades One of the workers fixed the mini NES look a like console. It was one of the worker’s birthday and we sing happy birthday to him before we headed out. The food was great Happy birthday to one of the workers🎂🎂

Visiting from out of town and always make it a point to eat pizza from a local place. Service was friendly and quick. Pizza was delicious and I would order again. Reasonable prices.
