This bar and Wanton-Lyman-Hazard House can be both really attractive for tourists. Do not go away without eating good seared tuna, fish tacos and onion strings. Delicious draft beer, marsala or craft beer are what may make you return to Pour Judgement. Check out great lemonade or good coffee. You can listen to live music in the evening. The cute staff welcomes guests all year round. Fine service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. Prices here are reported to be low. You will certainly appreciate the cool atmosphere and terrific decor. 4.5 is what this spot got from the Google rating system.

First trip to Newport and my girlfriend would not stop talking about how PJs probably has the best burger in RI...I've now committed to trying every burger I can in the state because I don't think anyone will beat the basic perfection that is their hamburger Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food, especially the beet salad, which is the best in the western, world and the fries with cheese sauce (ditto), is terrific. The burger is competitive with the best in NYC. Pasta dishes not so much. The staff is always friendly and super-efficient, even when the place gets crowded (most of the time) and noisy. And that should be VERY noisy. It's not the place for important or intimate conversation. It's "in the rough" but Pour Judgment is Newport's crown jewel!! Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Charged me when I return the awful chicken wings that supposed to be garlic parm. I took 2 bites out of the 6 wings and gave it back. I questioned why was I charged at the end and the waitress said because thats what I ordered and they have to charge me even though I sent it back. Awful.
