Ordered a wreck via doordash. I can't conceive how someone can make a sandwhich so wrong. Ask for a simple Wreck, everything on it except peppers. Plus light aioli. Got bread meat and aioli only, gross. All toppings missing including cheese. Clearly people don't know how to read orders. Food: 1

I had a simple tuna sandwich on wheat bread, skinny. I was in the mood for this and I was tired of waiting to be seated just next door at Panera. The Rochester location was empty and I don’t understand that. The sandwich was excellent and far better then the vanilla brand of fair served at Panera. The bread had a crunchy submarine length and was a rustic wheat that was baked in the shop. It rocked. I will be back. I like it when on a simple sandwich a place gets the details correct. I ordered mine with onions, lettuce and tomato. Thank you to you folks for a fine sandwich.

Once they got the order right, the food was fine. Staff seemed preoccupied and somewhat aloof. The app is definitely clunky. The atmosphere was like a warehouse. Otherwise, all was just dandy. Cookies hard like cement. They're supposed to be soft and moist. I've never had cookies from Potbellys before so dry and stale like this. These are 100% expired and no "sell by" date listed. Threw in trash . Price per person $10–20 Food: 1
