First time back in January, during lunch, I ordered from the overhead menu board and as I was waiting in line for my food, I overheard the next customer order a $6.99 special that I didn't notice as advertised. The woman behind the counter turned around and I explained my order and asked if she could adjust the selections to the $6.99 specials. In a quick NY minute, she placed the food on a tray and told me I paid enough extra for a small drink. 2/26 during the pm shift, it was a totally different situation. I ordered a tackle box and a $6.99 special and the young man threw the food on the tray and it was pushed across counter. No one in line behind me. The young man didn't ask if I wanted any sauce, didn't care to know what specific parts of the chicken I wanted. In addition, the miniscule sized shrimp and chicken 'whatever they were' overcoated to point that when I broke it in half, couldn't see what was inside (Chicken finger?). $16 later and absolutely disappointed in my heap of breading. Sad. Can management explain this vast difference in food quality over 2 visits? Courtesy staff... Olivier was friendly, professional, and attentive. The order was hot and correct. The location has a drive-tru, plenty of parking, and indoor seating. Never opens on time. I have gone several times between 10 and 11am, and no one is taking orders. This is not how you run a business. They open when they feel like opening. I have picked up family bound 4 times and each time we order spicy chicken but it was plain. I swear they pass off there classic chicken as spicy very bland. Very friendly staff in the drive thru. Food was fresh fresh. Sooo good. All the kids and us adults enjoyed our food. 100%recommend.. Edited to add 11/2 be very clear when you speak to them cause they be adding things you didn’t even say I asked for a large coke and seen truffle on the screen, asked them what that was and they told me what I ordered but the coke wasn’t even on the screen So maybe English isn’t their first understood language idk. And the great initial first experience was ruined by this set of staff.

There were 2 cars in the drive through so I got in line. The 1st one pulled away from the speaker and up to the line waiting at the pick up window. We all moved up. I sat for more than 5 minutes and the car in front of me was still waiting to place their order. I drove to the front, parked and went inside to order. The person who took my order was unfriendly and barely said a word. At least, they were quick. I was in and out in a shorted amount of time than I waited in the drive through line. When I left, the car that had finished ordering when I pulled up to the drive through was finally driving away from the pick up window. Awful service. First time trying Popeyes... The chicken in the chicken sandwich was good. The sandwich as a whole was OK. The wings were small and not very spicy for being ghost pepper flavored. The buffalo sauce had more spice. Also, the wings are dry spiced, which I did not expect (my fault for not paying attention). The service was terrible. No greeting when we ordered. The man taking our order mumbled and was very difficult to understand. No thank you or any other acknowledgement. Tables were sorta clean. Sorry Popeyes, but Chick-fil-A is much better.
