03/02/24 - Regular chicken was good, breasts were dry. Mac and cheese was dried out and barely warm. No ice in the soda machine, no condiments out, no napkins available. This place just doesn't care. Tenders are just wisps of chicken, mostly breading. Ordered, they are out of coleslaw. No napkins set out. Received our order, missing fries and the sauces. Two other customers at the counter with me, orders wrong also. Counted 11 people behind the counter, how the hell can't they figure this out? This was my first time eating at one of the Popeye stores. The young lady at the front was very helpful and everyone seemed to have a good vibe. My food was hot and fresh. I was honestly impressed and will definitely go back again. Your staff at this location were on top of there job. Love this place! It's a genuine Popeyes like in philly... employee arguments , drama, yelling and all. Love it, amazing food above all.. wouldn't be Popeyes without it!! A real genuine experience!! Would recommend 5/5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Since you guys work with DoorDash you need to do something about the drinks I don’t feel comfortable drinking out of something someone can so easily just open and drink out of while delivering my order. You guys need to put something over the tops of the drinks. Service Delivery

Ordered online at 604pm for 650 pickup. Get there and I am ignored until 700. Staff were not wearing name tags. Counter worker pills a pile of receipts and finds mine. She goes about putting the order together. She says she's short two legs, unless I want spicy. I don't want spicy. I said sub it for something else. She said no, the cook said 10 -12 mins. Mind you I'm standing there almost 20 mins now for an order made an hour earlier. I said I'd like my money back. She said she can't because I ordered online. I start to request a refund online. No luck with that so far. She continues to ignore me a few minutes later the manager hands me a bag and sends me on my way . Come home, my 5 piece chicken order is shorted by... Two legs! I paid for 5 and got 3. Btw this was 2 to share meal. One of us didn't eat Never again Popeyes. There were also a lot of cars waiting in the parking lot. I heard the staff talking about they were all waiting on chicken sandwiches?! It's 2024 in a week, they still can't get this together? The owner should be ashamed. They should really check their video footage and see the lazy fools who work at their establishment. No one was rude, loud, or untoward . Don't do Popeyes much but was in the area and stopped by for lunch (take out) Woman who took my order was extremely polite. Honestly one of the better customer service interaction I've had. Service was fast, probably took about 5 minutes to order and receive my food. Soda machine was out of ice though. The chicken was good. Went here twice in the past 2 weeks, both visits were at "oddball" times of the day. All the food was very fresh and hot. And the lady working the drive thru window was an absolute sweetheart. This Popeyes location is quite good. The chicken pieces are tasty and crispy and hot. Staff are quite efficient. It’s quite busy and we just had a short wait. We got their special spicy sauce but it’s so spicy and hot so we just used their little packets of hot sauce. The chicken sandwich is of course good as usual but it’s obviously a bit smaller than before. Still acceptable. Food: 4 Service: 4
