In 97 I was there loading cattle with about 15 of my buddies the town let us park in the middle of the street for 2 days we went in to eat that evening and had beverages after, they treated us like kings, the food was the greatest. The best scene of the stay was there was a wood stove in the middle with a sign on it that read if you stand by the stove you stoke the stove so the elderly lady there maybe the owner (I loved her like my own grandmother) yelled at me and said didn't you read the sign, after a few beverages I was acting cute and yelled back yes I can read the sign and leaned over and stroked the stove instead of stoking the stove and said are you happy now. She stood up and said this town ain't big enough for both of us, the whole place came apart laughing this is a great place. The cafe was closed when we visited, but the bar was open. It is pretty stylish inside, very atmospheric. Almost no one was there when we came in. There are several options of beer. People are very friendly, and we spent some time talking. Good experience. The coffee was pretty good too. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Passing through on a weekend road trip to Devil's Tower. A party of four stopped here for dinner not sure what to expect. Three bear battered cod baskets and one chicken basket. JUST WONDERFUL!! Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Those chips/fries were fabulous and the tarter sauce was the best I ever had. If only we lived closer, I'd be here once a week at least! Absolutely incredible place. I must warn y you though, we ate in the bar and not the Cafe, as the Cafe was closed at that time. It's a very interesting scene, but may offend some. There is a mount on the wall which contains several undergarments. That aside, the food was amazing and the music was terrific. The server was a very attentive host and had a great attitude. Get the burger and you'll eat for days. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wow! What a gem! We just happened upon this place traveling through Wyoming at just the right time (lunch!!). First impressions was how unique this place was. There is all kinds of fun stuff along the walls and an alien just chilling in the corner. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff. No one else was there but we were told there busier times were later in the evening. It’s not surprising because the population of these towns is so small and far apart. We ordered the fried mushrooms to start and they were hot off the fryer. The breading was full of flavor and the mushrooms have a burst of umami making all the other flavors that much better. But when you add the homemade ranch to it… hooboy it really kicks it up a notch. My bacon cheeseburger wasn’t a dive bar burger meaning it was greasy and messy (albeit wonderful). It was a classic burger cooked to perfection with a thick slice of tomato and onion with fresh greens to top it off. Normally bacon in most places is cheap thin slices. Not here. This was good old fashioned bacon also cooked perfectly. This was a top tier burger. We also got a bacon covered chicken cutlet and that thing was on another level. It didn’t need the bacon. That should be very telling because I love bacon on anything. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the breading on it was bursting with flavor as well. All the accoutrements were also fresh. They could’ve slapped just the cutlet down on a bare plate and no one would complain. It was that good. The only downer was the fries. They were typical crinkle cut fries. Nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about. But who needs fries when you get these huge portions of culinary heaven. Based on these two dishes alone I would blindly endorse every dish they serve. I’m giving this place all sorts of five stars because not only will I joyfully eat here again if I’m around, I will be going out of my way to do it. Stopped on our way through from Devils Tower and the food was very good! We tried an array of "bar" food and everyone agreed it was some of the best on our trip. The burgers are huge 1/2lb hand patties with your choice of toppings. I got the Beer Battered Fish and Chips which you could taste the beer batter and the batter itself wasn't too thick- I'm usually disappointed with Fish and Chips but it's my favorite so I still try it when I can and this exceeded my expectations! We stopped in for lunch and no alcohol so can't comment on that but would come back! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
We stopped in after our visit to Devils Tower. Friendly & inviting atmosphere. Ordered the grilled elk burger from the specials board, it came with fries & coleslaw, all very delicious! Also ordered the pork chops, it came with applause, soup, salad, & delicious fried potatoes! Everything was spectacular! Also, loved the way they served the water ☺️ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This awesome restaurant has a fun bar attached and serves great food with great service. Located on the small town of Hulett, it is definitely worth having dinner here then a drink next door. The asparagus fries were awesome as were the chicken wings. Great selection of beers! Hulett... great town yo sound a night on the way to Devil's Tower!
