What a wonderful local restaurant. My wife and I spent Valentines evening here and we enjoyed their 7 course menu including wine pairings. From the snow crab salad at the start, to the poached oysters, red mullet, prawn dumpling and coquilles, it was a delicious seafood medley to start. Then a lovely piece of pork neck and finally ending with some delicious lime curd, with yellow curry and lychee. The wine pairings, while quite nice, I only wish they could have been as adventurous as the food. And my god the port at the end was expensive. Probably won’t do that again. Oh, I didn’t even mention the amuse bouche we had before the menu, particularly the amazing mini Bahn Mi, which really tickled my wife as she is from Vietnam. Tasted amazing. Go, don’t think, just go. Just carefully consider the wine at the end.

Had absolutely fantastic dinner in this restaurant. We had no expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the food, the service and ambiance. As it was a regular Thursday evening, we chose for a 3-course dinner, but we will definitely come back for a longer evening and more meals. Food has loads of flavours. Wine list is good, a bit on a pricey side though. But overall, great experience, good value for money. Highly recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing dinner! The building doesn’t promise too much but once inside the food is excellent. The service was very friendly and welcoming. And you could see that the kitchen really tried their best, before starting the menu we already had 4 amuse Bouche. They also had an excellent vegetarian menu!

Great culinary experience! Perfect combination and fresh ingredients...a real gem! The pear sorbet was to die for and the friendly staff were a nice add-on too. We will be back!

Loved it! Only 30 min drive from Amsterdam. Worth the detour. Great atmosphere (in a lovely Marina) and SUPER food. Plan to come back! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Nice fine dining, good service and nice location. A bit expensive but the food is of great quality and taste. I wish they would allow dogs as when we calledthey said they wouldn't be allowed for which we might not come back unless dogs are allowed.

We had 4 course dinner with wine pairing. 3 out of 4 dishes were perfect. Complex, fresh and delicious food...5 star for it. Only minus 2 points - the oysters served on 1 side of the table which is on my side while we are sharing this first fish - the final main course - steak was too simple, plain and chewy. At this level of restaurant, you could do much better. P.S. the wine is surprising great with the food

We sat in the Indian summer sunshine on their terrace overlooking the marina, enjoying a 4 course lunch to celebrate our Ruby Wedding. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the food exquisite - the chef certainly knows how to cook! The prices were very reasonable given the quality, and bread and water were refilled as needed.

Had a wonderful 7 course meal accompanied with selected wines. Kitchen is really doing great, although timing was off (one hour waiting time between course 1 and 2), the venue lacks sophistication and waitresses are friendly but seem not to keep up with performance the black brigade is able to deliver. Flavor combinations are classical with a modern twist without trying to force creativity. I think this is very well done and I wish I would more often encounter surprises like this.
