I was calling to see if they delivered to my location and they kept putting me on hold and I ask 3 different people the 3 times I called and they just kept keeping me on hold for close to 10 mins I’m not gonna keep sitting there for a yes or no question Service: 1

My second experience here, we waited over 2 hours for a delivery that ended up being wrong. However, Crystal made sure to give me a credit for the meal due to the long wait and order mishap. We used them again this week and definitely worth the second chance. Food was exactly what we ordered, was prepared within a timely manner, and the manager and cashier that helped me with the credit not appearing on my online account, but in their system were both great! They don't sell Pizza Hut gift cards here, so I guess I'll have to drive 20-30 minutes just to buy a gift card.

I've been on this base for almost a decade now, crazy I know. I've been going to this Pizza Hutt for years now, both living off base and on. The store is in the best position it's ever been in my experience when it comes to the service and food. The lady working tonight was super friendly and had the cutest interaction with my daughters. Give her a raise!

Every time I've ever ordered from here, they are short staffed and I end up waiting forever for my pizza. Stuff happens but it seems to be a theme for this place.

2 hours, still nothing. I'll be contacting my credit card, because even calling to get a refund is impossible. This store is fraudulent.
