My order is never correct when ordering online. When I called and asked to talk to a manager, the guy claiming to be a manager told me "we have new employees that don't know what they are doing" didn't even offer to correct the issue.

I feel that lately there are errors made if it is delivery, something is forgotten or smashed. If pickup orders they tend to do better. Food is always good tasting. When there is an issue & you call, it tends to be a gamble on who answers if you get anywhere. With being our only delivery option in town & the cost related to it, would be nice if it was dependable.

The staff was not wearing gloves to do food prep. We saw one gentleman go outside to interact with someone and when he came back in he went straight to handling food without washing his hands or putting gloves on.

This is the second time we've been in there and we really enjoyed our experience the lady who took care of us her name was Holly and she's amazing the other staff are really hard working and they make the place really nice to walk into
