We were here with a big sports group. They took good care of us, and didn't seem the least bit upset of having to keep up with separate checks. Food has always been good, this trip stayed with that standard. It wasn't noisy and didn't have TV's distracting from meal and conversation. Recommend for big group and small. Amazing experience, had some stuffed peppers to start as an appetizer and a family sized pickle pizza with bacon, half and half with a fajita pizza. By far my new favorite pizza place. Our first time there, but definitely not our last. The parking lot was full - always a great sign. The atmosphere inside is very clean and warm. It's one huge room with 20+ foot ceilings - very open and family feeling. Our server was a bit busy, but very friendly. That gave us time to read the menu. The prices are very reasonable. We had cheese pizza and firecracker pizza. Both were delicious. Our grandkids were with us (6 and 4). They had wanted to go to Domino's. This was worlds better. We didn't drink, but they had a good selection of beer on tap. I think they have a full bar too. The kitchen is open and you can watch them making your pizza. Once we ordered, our food came in just a few minutes - super quick. Bottom line: some of the best pizza I've ever had, at great prices, in a clean, open, warm, family environment. While traveling on business, the wife and I tried this amazing pizza place with so many unique options and ideas. The food was entirely made on site, so fresh. So delicious. Our server was fantastic despite this only being her second day. I highly recommend this place! This place was great, we were looking for an Italian place to eat as we passed through town and this place looked promising. All the food was on point and Janice was incredibly fun and efficient with her service. Recommended by HI Express staff. First impression… staff is friendly and on point. Second impression… two large red wood fired ovens are a impressive and a sign of good things to come. Wide variety of wine, cocktails and draft beers. Brigette, our server, was quick, friendly and helpful. Pasta Ragu was very good. Just enough sausage in the Ragu. The dish came with a piece of cold focaccia. Would have been better with a slightly larger piece of WARM focaccia. Spartan pizza was outstanding. Crispy crust with just the right char. Flavor bursts from the olives and feta complemented the mellow mozzarella and chicken. Perfect! Desserts looked very deliciously tempting, but we were stuffed so we resisted.

I love woodfire pizza and so I was ecstatic to find this restaurant in Gilette. The atmosphere is great and the service even better. The pizza tasted great and prices were reasonable. San Marzano tomatoes! Wood oven! Soft chewy crust! Need I say more? Oh, I will! Seriously outstanding pizza. I have eaten pizza all over the country and this is in my top five. The all of appetizer is really good. I even would roast to their coffee which was amazingly smooth. I can’t say enough about this place.
