I am American Chinese originally from Hong Kong. This restaurant probably is one of the best Chinese restaurant in the Caribbean for authentic Chinese dishes. The chef is from Hong Kong. We had stir-fire sliced conch, beef hor fun, sweet and sour prawns, and bok choy with garlic. The vegetable was very fresh and all the dishes were prepared in the traditional way instead of the Caribbean Chinese version. It also has a good view of the Great Bay Beach. Definitely going back next time our cruise ship calls into Philipsburg. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Authentic Chinese food done well. An unexpected treasure to find in Philipsburgh! On the beach with full bar. We loved beef with rice noodles, chicken black bean sauce, shrimp dumplings, shu my dim sum and even chicken feet. Service was excellent and friendly. If you are looking for authentic Cantonese cuisine and for local seafood fare, you must try this. We had dim sum style lunch and went back for dinner. Ask for chef, Ah Leung, he can prepare a special menu for you with advanced notice. Fantastic location overlooking the Bay in Philipsburg. 3* for the atmosphere due to the AC was not very sufficient in the dining room, and non fancy setting.
