So walked in was seated with my family. 5 people in total we ordered got our food. And when we left to leave we noticed they overcharged us $14 dollars. When I said something I was told it was a 15% gratuity added, which it doesn’t say anywhere in the store or menu. Was told the boss told the server to add it. Felt we got profiled and they thought we wouldn’t tip and charged us extra for the food and the tip. Stay away from this profiling disgusting establishment. They did get shut down for health code violations also. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just left this place and wow. Where do I begin. It's my sons 11th birthday so he wanted to try pho, we walk in get a dirty look from the younger guy up-front took us to the table , someone else brought us waters - the younger guy comes back I am asking questions he seemed annoyed and walked away then left us setting for about 15 minutes. I asked him questions and he would respond that he didn't know and just look at me like I was dumb. You don't get refills here you pay for each can of soda, food is awful there was me and 4 kids age 17 down to 8. Only one kid liked it. My daughter feels sick after eating her food. Anyway so I go to pay my bill is $116.60 but he told me I had to pay $134.09. He said you have to tip. Mind you I'm a server I planned to tip. But them forcing me to tip $17.49 is insane.. The guy shrugged his shoulders and just smirked. I have never been treated like this or forced to tip what they want me to. Nowhere was it posted saying that. Again I don't mind to tip but all they done was dropped the food off and that's it. I feel like they judged us and that's why they added the tip themselves. Unbelievable. I had to take the kids to McDonald's after leaving. Don't go here. So much so my son going here for his birthday. There was a nice older lady. I can say that much. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very clean pho soup ace with other Vietnamese offerings. The beef portions in the soup were very generous. The iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk was enormous. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes House Special
