We got here around 1pm on a Saturday and the wait was about 30-40 minutes. The line of people in front of us was huge but I do think they operate very efficiently. Make sure you walk up to the tablet and add your name onto the list. Service overall wasn't unfriendly but rushed which ich understandable given how busy they are. Ok literally the best pho ever. I was initially shook at the amount of cilantro they put but it didn’t have a strong flavour or texture and was pretty well incorporated .. for someone who doesn’t like a lot of random herbs, I enjoyed it a lot. The taro coffee situation was also amazing- they use real taro to make it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went here on the basis that I was told that this is the best Pho in the entire Bay Area, and I could say for sure that it did not disappoint. It was an extremely beefy flavor that kept me saying Wow, over and over every time I had another taste. However, my only negative comment is the fact that the service was a little too fast. We tried to order some drinks. But by the time we could even spit out another word. They had already taken away the menus and walked away. Is parking was an utter nightmare, and it was pretty hard to find something. There's also a wait list. It wasent that long when we got there but just be prepared for all of this if you plan to visit.
