Very delicious food, my favorite is the lamb or mutton biryani! The samosas and mango lassi are delicious as well. My only recommendation is that if you're ethnic, as for extra extra spicy because my food is never spicy even though I ask for extra spicy everytime. Ordered a tray of Hyderabadi chicken briyani for 20 plus guests, and it was just delicious. Eveyone enjoyed it, and the quality was perfect. They also packed egg and salad as it was a take out order. Yesterday night, I had yummy food at one of my favorite restaurants, Persis Biryani. We started with a vegetarian appetizer, like Gobi Manchurian, which was delicious. I had never eaten this kind of tasty appetizer in Edison before. Next, we ordered vegetarian biryani, which was also good. While having tasty food, we end with deserts like mango lassi and faluda. Lassi is very good, and the faluda is next level. I usually order or dine in for non-vegetarians, but yesterday I realized that in this restaurant the vegetarian dishes were also good. Food was impeccable. The gobi manchurian was crisp with ample portion size. We also ordered the weekend special goat biryani and Chicken Mughalai. Meats were tender and moist. Ambiance is nice and modern. Booths are a little low for table height and not the most comfortable. Will keep going. I recently visited Persis Biryani Indian Grill and was impressed with the quality of food and service. The Chilly Garlic Naan was particularly impressive - soft and flavorful. The Paneer 65 was also delicious, with the perfect balance of seasoning and texture. The Veg Chettinad was spicy, but still very good, although some of the vegetable pieces were a bit large for our liking. The new item on the menu, Vijayawada Boneless Chicken Biryani, was very flavorful with perfectly seasoned chicken, and the portion size was great for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Overall, my family had a great experience dining at Persis Biryani Indian Grill and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty Indian food with excellent service. We ordered chicken Mughalai , the chicken was so soft and the sauce was so creamy! It comes with white basmati rice ! We loved it ! The garlic Mann was good. I recently dined at Persis Biryani Indian Grill, located in Piscataway. As someone who loves Indian cuisine, I was excited to try this restaurant out, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, with beautiful decorations that give a feel of traditional Indian culture. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Now, on to the most important part: the food. The biryani here is simply amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the dish was cooked to perfection. Portion - Good Taste - Better than average. Starters are good here and biriyani was dry and leg pieces in biriyani were extremely dry and burnt as shown in the pic. I ordered chicken Manchurian but they mixed some old and new chicken which turned out rubbery. Visit this place during busy times for fresh food.
