I loved this place! Very unique. Everything is made from scratch, which is very different these days. The staff was friendly, and the drinks were good. Everyone enjoyed there meals at our table. I had the Duck. It was a little dry for me but tasty. The Mussels were excellent!! Everyone else had various beef dishes, and were raving about how good they were. I would definitely recommend this place!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wonderful as always: finest produce & ingredients, both local and thoughtfully sourced. Incredible dishes, attentive and kind staff, and overall incredible. Buttoned up but casual, refined but raw, and grounded yet elevated. I’ll continue working through the menu anytime, any day. Thanks all! I recently dined at this delightful scratch kitchen, and it exceeded my expectations. The commitment to sourcing local meats, produce, and spirits truly shines in every dish. The chef, Jason, who also happens to be the owner, adds a personal touch with a perfect blend of fun and informative elements. Each bite felt like a celebration of local flavors, making it a must-try for any food enthusiast. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was extremely delicious! We had the luxury of sitting at the bar and watching the chefs prepare the food. Very talented people. The atmosphere was warm and was filled with the sound of live music. The service was a little slow because it was rush hour, but it was worth the wait. We had the Escargot, Lamb Steak, and Bourbon Braised Apples. I would 100% recommend all 3 dishes. The lamb dish we ordered came with not only lamb but also a burnt piece, stated by the server the Yorkshire Pudding. A surprise that modern Yorkshiremen enjoy a very thoroughly charred pudding. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Persepshen, nestled in the heart of mid-town Phoenix, easily claims a spot among my top 5 favorite restaurants for its unwavering dedication to crafting meals from scratch, spotlighting local organic ingredients in every bite. Our culinary journey commenced with an exploration of their innovative drink offerings, including the meticulously curated "Megroni" featuring homemade Campari, and an ingenious twist on the classic old fashioned dubbed "old Skool." Each sip was a revelation of well-balanced flavors that paid homage to tradition while carving a path of their own. Venturing into their culinary realm, we embarked on a journey of taste, texture, and artistry. The "fried pickled okra" was an elevated classic, the "heirloom tomato board" was a vivid ode to freshness, and the "tangerine tenderloin" (tempura style) was a captivating spectacle as it transformed before our eyes. The meal was not just a feast for the palate but a show of how it should be done, with flavors harmoniously balanced, much like the earlier libations.
