Hidden gem of a dive bar. Super friendly great prices and good hot sandwiches. I’m from the Midwest and when I come out to my companies office. This is my go to for cold beers and a quick bite.

I'm not much of a bar person, which is what this is, therefore, the 4 rating. I went because of the Deli and was craving a corned beef sandwich, which they did not have. I opted for the pastrami which was quite tasty.
I would go back again to try something else.

When I think about Peanuts, I wish I'd never left OC. The spicy tuna is just as good as everyone says it is, although frankly I've only had an amazing bite of food here - the pastrami, Italian sub, and meatball are all to die for, too. Complimentary peanuts are great, as well as the amazing, warm chocolate chip cookies...
Edit: I have returned to OC in 2021 and Peanuts is just as good as when I left back in 2016. Same fantastic, down-home friendly service, same delicious food!
