Excellent small town BBQ place. Excellent service. Amazing food! Our waitress was attentive, playing with children, boxed food for us, and was so sweet! The establishment is clean. My husband's ribs were fall off the bone tender. I got the potato nachos and everything was so good! My husband and I stopped here to give it try it had a 4.2 star mixed reviews. Well right off the bat there was no one in the dining side (red flag there), and the person who greeted us was rude after we said we wanted to sit on the bar side. We sat for a few before the bartender acknowledged us. I got a pineapple margarita and my husband the spicy margarita. Mine was good. My husband said his was barely spicy. Once we got our drinks, it took a while before we got acknowledged again to order food. By the time the bartender came back, we had decided to go elsewhere. The menu is big and a bit much. went here for the first time today. everything was really good. it was in a nice location with a beautiful view of pikes peak. food and service were excellent, i had the brisket sandwich with potato fries, also tried their jalapeño poppers which they call ‘texas twinkies’. they were mild but good. definitely worth the visit if you haven’t been. Worst food I've ever had. BBQ was dry with no sauce. Ribs had gristle in every bite. Corn bread was too sweet, like cake. Blue cheese dressing was green and congealed. Potatoes weren't done. My family ate here and I have to say the brisket was horrible and inedible. The pulled chicken sandwich was mediocre. The baked potato was not fully cooked and the macaroni and cheese was flavorless.
