I want to go back and give this place another chance and hopefully improve my review, as we did enjoy our visit. However they forgot to bring our appetizer, our fries came out after we'd finished our burgers, the burgers were overcooked, and the service took a long time. Oh and ants kept walking across our table. We really liked the place, the food, and the staff though, so we'll come back and see if our experience was a fluke. We were regular customers of Paradise Burger until our last visit. The service is always slow, but the food is very good. This time we sat and waited for over 5 minutes and when the server/manager brought menus we told him we didn’t need them and were ready to order. He said he needed an order pad and would be right back. We waited as we watched him serve a to-go order (totally understandable) then take menus to a couple that came in 5-10 minutes after us, THEN HE TOOK THEIR ORDER! Then he took the order of a man who came in after the other couple. Inexcusable. As I said, their kitchen is always slow so getting behind these two tables would have meant another 20 minutes.
