Nothing can be better than ordering good chicken tenders, steaks and greek pizza. It's a pleasant experience to order tasty cheesecakes, waffles and brownies. Among the drinks, there is delicious beer. This pizzeria provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The terrific staff at Pappy's Pizza can demonstrate how much they appreciate their customers. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. A lot of people have noticed that prices are democratic for what you receive. The nice decor and calm atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. I’m not sure how this has so many amazing reviews. Probably from the previous owners. I find the staff to be just okay and the pizza to be some of the greasiest I have ever witnessed, like so greasy the bottom of the pizza is soggy. The minute that the bottom of the pizza is soggy I would consider that an instant refund. Do not serve that pizza to a customer. Taste wise it’s on par with a decent pizza place. I do love the actual building. It’s very trendy and updated. When you walk in you are actually impressed by the cleanliness, but that’s about where it ends. Overall it’s mediocre at best. The staff is there but not really PRESENT if that makes sense. Hot stone pizzeria on the other side of the bridge serves a much better pizza and the people that work there are such a joy to be around, I even remember the guy over the phone playing jokes on me while I ordered which just made me laugh and smile. We ordered a couple of appetizers and I’m 100% they’re frozen. Because the poppers were flavorless and so were the pickles. There are much better spots around town for similar price ranges. We have gone to Pappy's for years, and loved the food and staff. When the ownership changed we had concerns. Now we've gone there or did pick up at least 15 times. Love it! We thing it's better than it was, and that's amazing. The only complaint we have are the drinks are measured, not free poured. I recently tried the steak and cheese at Pappy's Pizza & Subs, and it was absolutely mouthwatering! The savory blend of tender steak and gooey cheese left me craving more. Even my co-worker, who ordered the cheese pizza, couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. Will definitely grab the pizza next time go by. The ambiance was equally impressive – the recent renovation gave the place a charming retro look. As we enjoyed our meals, we were pleasantly surprised to find an arcade machine inside, adding a playful touch to the atmosphere. While in there, they were midst of a photo shoot, capturing the essence of a fantastic dining experience and delicious food they have to offer Pappy's Pizza & Subs has truly created a winning combination of mouthwatering food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a hint of nostalgia with their arcade machine. Ordered takeout the other night for dinner for my two girls and myself. Called at about 5:20 and where told they where busy and it would be ready at 6:00. I had no problem with that but it was obviously ready a bit before that because when my daughter went to get it at 6:00 they said something about wondering if we forgot. Pizza was cold and the portions certainly aren’t what they use to be. The chicken tender dinner had no where as many tenders as they use to, there was like 3. The steak and cheese sub had hardly any steak in it and was mostly all bread.The steak and cheese subs use to be overflowing with steak. I was very disappointed with what we got for the amount of money I spent. Not worth the $50. It will be a while before I go back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2

I was in the area and wanted to grab something to go. I loved that there had a full bar with five or six beers on tap and I could have a beer and watch football while I waited for my food to be made. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. I was expecting processed chicken but instead it was hand breaded cutlets that they grilled right in front of me. It was excellent and the staff were all smiling and joking around which is nice to see. Will def go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Read they were having a "soft opening" so we visited on Sun. Feb 19, 2023. Never been here before so I have nothing to compare the old owner/decore to the new. Clean and fresh inside, maybe a bit to small? We ordered at the counter, and then picked a seat. The wait was average. The food was very good. The steak & cheese w/peppers & salami (regular size) was hot, fresh and very tasty...nice roll! We had it toasted. Also tried a regular sized pepperoni pizza. Again fresh and hot...tasted very good. FYI... it is a bit of a stretch calling this a "pan" pizza...at least according to the menu. We watched and saw other diners and foods being served. All looked just as good as ours. So why 4 stars???... Soft opening is fine but ordering food then having to get it myself (in to go boxes)...we sat and expected what we were told...they would bring it to us. We had to clear our own table. That is fine but the trash barrel openings were to small for all but napkins and soda bottles...no recycle bins that I could see. Lastly the gentlemen in the back "barking" orders to the young people working there was quite annoying. A bit demeaning at times and it was evident on their faces. I'm no softy...I'm 60 and understand what it takes to get young people to work these days. This guy is gonna go through alot of help acting this way towards a group of young adults that really don't want to be working anyway Good Luck...We will be back to see how it is all running and update my review...Q!
