I just bought an extra cheese Alfredo pizza from this Souderton pizza. The pizza was not done. This is not a traditional extra cheese Alfredo pizza. I am a regular customer for papa John for several years. I never had such a bad product and not properly cooked. And the pizza is too thin and undercooked. Food: 1 Service: 1

Used DOORDASH to place an order for my family for dinner. Order randomly canceled through the app without explanation about an hour later. I figured it may have been an accident so I placed the order again through the DOORDASH app. 30 min later, cancelled again!! Decided to call the store and find out what’s going on…the person I spoke with said the issue was that they no longer do business with DOORDASH, and I could order through a different delivery app as they don’t deliver to my address (I live 5 miles from the store). Said OK I will place the order again via GrubHub and wasn’t to confirm you will be able to fulfill the order. 20 min later…order cancelled again citing they can fufill the order (pizza & wings) Judging by the other reviews this establishment is a mess. Ordered two large pies and wings. They ran out of wings and undercooked the two large pies. We were served raw dough in our stuffed crusted. We ended up cooking it through ourselves at home. I ordered a pickup order from DoorDash and the order had been “cancelled” aka I never got my food but still changed for it. DoorDash says they can’t refund my money because it was marked as delivered. I was not notified before coming to pick up the order that it had been cancelled and it was never actually cancelled through DoorDash. Service Take out Service: 1
