Growing up, we used to have a Papa Gino's years have gone by, and they have closed both locations where we live. Happen to be traveling to visiting friends. we ate lunch, and it was as good as I can remember as I was a kid. We will definitely go again. Recently tried the local PG pizza, in Uxbridge, in hopes of satisfying an urge and memory from the past. I couldn’t be more disappointed. The toppings, dough and overall quality of the two pizzas we ordered were poor at best. The restaurant atmosphere hasn’t changed much since my last visit, many years ago. The pizza was borderline inedible. Can’t say I’ll be trying that again. I’ll definitely go back to supporting small business pizza shops going forward! Ordered a single cheddar burger. I used to get this burger all the time. This time it was sopping wet with grease that the buns fell apart. Took off the second patty so I could attempt to eat it. Took one bite and it was too pink in the middle and couldn’t get passed all the grease. Will not be ordering a burger from here again. the manager at this location needs a reality check. she is not going to have any employees if she keeps treating her employees like a piece of meat. horrible customer service. i witnessed her berate a younger employee in front of customers. i hope they get rid of her she needs lessons in employee and cust relations

Papa Gino’s franchise should be embarrassed to have this location under there name. The worst pizza from the Worcester location is 10x better then what I just got from this dump. They tell me 45 minutes to pick it up because there busy, I show up the place is dead, so that means all my goods has been finished for twenty minutes at least. People save yourself a headache and possibly a stomach ache from under cooked food. Give your hard earned money to a place that actually cares
